We are recognised!

Christ spoke to me!

‘Why to me?’ I ask.

I know there is a God!

My struggle has been in finding Him,

and to that end I have been diligent.

My search has been in the wrong place.

I have looked in the firmament of structures beautiful and cold.

Marble images worn by time and polished by age

have been my focus.

Now I realise that these are only decorations upon the surface of God!

Cathedrals and churches, chapels, synagogues and mosques are all temples.

They were built to impress upon the multitude

the insignificance of the individual small person who might be drawn inside.

They may be warm and comfortable places in which Man can hide!

They may even be cold, clammy and damp,

best to shake the nature of those seeking a place of retribution.

It is stark reality that surrounds the physical presence of lost souls.

Christ spoke to me!

His words were a blanket of comfort.

There was a warmth, unlike the heat of the sun,

a radiance all encompassing;

even a cool breeze like wave that touched my being.

This moment remains with me.

It has filled my mind and opened my heart.

All my questions have not been answered, but I have been assured

that I may find the route of my destiny.

What was so special that I should be given such a gift?

Insight is the understanding of what life best offers!

God’s word reaches beyond boundaries

and awaits those who seek above human transgression.

Christ has come as a messenger

to bring mankind to God!

Without Him we would not find the Way,

we would languish, lost in the darkness of substance.

There is and always has been a purpose in the Son’s presence.

Christ has spoken!

To You and I, collectively,

opening the way to thoughts and ideas,

waiting for that moment when we would listen to His invitation

for which we make no plea.

We are recognised!

There is a place available for us,

wherein we will never be alone.

For the voice will stay to guide us to remind us

of the greatness of what this means.

There is a Love that binds yet does not restrain our hearts or heads.

Christ has spoken to you and to I!

More than words have been given,

that our ears will hear more,

that our eyes see beyond plain view.

Only we must be willing to pay heed, to give attention to Him.

The journey upon which we embark is a difficult one!

It is not without comfort yet there is another truth!

Our lives can be full of good things and good events,

where we can have purpose.

If we listen attentively to the words of wonder and wisdom,

we may enrich our life.

We must react to those directions that will lead us

toward a most fulfilling beginning.
